This section of The Nurses Nook is dedicated to taking care of yourself. Nurses are the unsung heroes of healthcare who often do so much for other people and not enough for themselves. They are often working long hours without stopping for regular, healthy meals. They often don't get the sleep they should to function optimally. If you have any tips to help reduce stress or make life easier, please share them with me so I can post them. Ideas could include organizational tips, recipes to feed the family quickly, easy recipes the kids can help out with, or maybe you have a tip to squeeze in that 20 minute run. All tips are appreciated.
